Delivery

We offer UK delivery with superfast turnaround of your gin making kit or box, ensuring it is dispatched the very next working day at the latest.
You can also track your order online and we will even text you when your parcel is on its way.

Standard Delivery to the UK mainland - three (3) to seven (7) working days after dispatch £6.50 for kits and £3.50 for boxes and accessories

Express Delivery to the UK mainland – our courier will use their best endeavours to deliver your order within one working day, and in any event, within two working days if you place your order before 11am on a working day, £9.50 for kits and £6.50 for boxes and accessories

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays.

 

UK Mainland = England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands and Islands connected to the mainland by road.

Please note that due to size restrictions through our courier networks, items are only available on Standard Delivery at £9.50 for kits and £6.50 for boxes for the following locations.

RETURNS INFORMATION

 

In the unlikely event you wish to return a product please contact our sales department via email to sales@theginmixcompany.co.uk, stating your order number in the subject box.

 

If for any reason your package arrives with signs of damage please sign for the package as damaged and ensure you take pictures of any damage immediately.

 

TRACKING DELIVERY

You can track your order. In our dispatch email you'll receive your unique tracking number for your order. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't got the email in your inbox.

 

You can also find that tracking reference number in your order history, to track the progress of your shipment.
